Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in a wonderful location in the city center with a great bathroom in the rooms. The staff is friendly and provides excellent housekeeping service. However, the handmade pasta in the dining experience was a letdown. The facilities are comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures.
The hotel is located in a nice area of Edinburgh, close to outside gardens and easy access to historic central sites. The rooms are beautifully decorated with red massive curtains, have great bathrooms, and fit perfectly with the overall character of the house. However, having a separate bathroom might be inconvenient for some. The service, including housekeeping, is top-notch, and the dining experience with included grilled fish is delightful. The facilities are impressive, offering a range of amenities. The value for money is worth considering given the overall experience.
The hotel is located centrally but quite far from Edinburgh's main attractions. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, and the separate bathrooms are comfortable. The service from housekeeping was exceptional. The dining experience included a menu craving juicy burgers. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with red massive curtain decorations that added character to the overall ambiance. The service, especially the housekeeping, was top-notch. The location was convenient, being very close to Haymarket train station and transport links towards the town center. The dining experience included gluten-free dishes. While the facilities were well-maintained, there were minor drawbacks related to pricing.
This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are beautifully designed with comfortable beds and lovely red massive curtains that perfectly match the vibe of the entire place. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, very close to public transportation stops and opposite a stunning big church. The service, especially the housekeeping, was top-notch, making my stay even more pleasant. The dining was a delight with included meals, and the facilities were great, adding to the overall experience. However, the only downside was the slightly pricey stay, but the value for money was still reasonable.
The hotel is located in a convenient area slightly away from the center, offering a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with separate toilets, featuring a unique red massive curtain as decoration and comfortable beds. The service is commendable with excellent housekeeping. However, the distance from Edinburgh's main attractions is a drawback.
